Our goal is to teach you about the power of perception, and empower you to understand and use the tools of self-hypnosis to help you gain control over your own life.

We want to inspire you to feel better feelings (to raise your vibe), to overcome obstacles,and achieve anything you wish for.

Even without hypnosis, the imagination can do wonderful things for us.

Let's play a game.

Imagine a day in your life several years from now when, through a rare combination of circumstances, every aspect of your life has reached a wonderful moment of greatness.

Really try to paint that picture in your mind.

Now take it further, beyond what you thought it would be a moment ago.

Don't just focus on your external world, imagine who you've become, and how you feel about yourself and those around you.

In your imagination, what do you see? How do you feel? What kind of people do you imagine surrounding you? What does your posture look like? What expression is on your face? How are you dressed?

You are so comfortable with your happiness and all of the abundance in your life, you begin to relate with people in a new way.

You are completely in touch with your own value, and are free to appreciate yourself. There is no scarcity in any aspect of your life. In fact, there's so much abundance - monetary, health, emotional, love, success, and happiness - that you have extra to pass along, and you do.

Take a moment and really go there.

Now, how do you feel?

Here's a little secret. That's actually NOT you in the future.

It's you right now.

The moment you imagined it, and more importantly... felt it, is the moment it became real.

If you do this often... to experience and feel a clearly imagined set of circumstances of your choosing... your life will begin to conform to that vision in ways that will never cease to astound you.

Call it law of attraction or visualization or subliminal self programming, the result is the same. When you decide what you want in detail and visit that place in your mind and in your gut, it will manifest in wonderful and consistent ways.

Skeptical? I know I was. And then, I experimented with this technique and others we will discuss, and they worked so consistently, it floored me.

Let's be clear about one thing. You can't just engage in 'positive thinking'. The key is to FEEL your imagined outcome. Always keep it in the present tense.

It is here now.

The Hypnotic State

The hypnotic state, also known as hypnosis, is a wakeful mental state of deep relaxation and focused attention, accompanied by increased suggestibility.

Self-hypnosis is the learned ability to enter into such a state on your own in order to tap into valuable inner resources.

We refer to Inspirational Self-Hypnosis as a process in which you apply creative visualization techniques and self-suggestion in order to connect with an inspired state, which is a higher vibrational state.

This inspired state is best acheived through a daily practice of what we like to call, "vibrational management". Within such an inspired state you experience vibrational alignment or vibrational attunement. Simply defined, vibrational management is taking control of your vibe and your reality.

Self-hypnosis is a powerful way to achieve that.

The Critical Filter

The critical filter is a barrier between your conscious and subconscious mind. This filter, which is wide open between approximate ages 0-8, bounces most information out of your adult subconscious mind.

As adults, certain techniques such as self-hypnosis can open the critical filter so you can put in positive information, suggestions, etc.

For example, before going to bed and upon waking in the morning your critical filter is more open and these are good times to insert positive images and repeat positive suggestions, affirmations, and mantras.

One of the laws of hypnosis is repetition. The more often you say something, or conjure up an image, or repeat a mantra, the more your subconscious mind accepts it as true.

This is how the media works, with repetition of information, and this concept can be used in your favor if you understand its value!

Quantum Physics and LOA

· Quantum Physics is the realm of science that deals with possibility. Quantum Physics theory states that everything in matter or anything that exists in the material world is at first thought or energy.

· Law of Attraction, also known as LOA, is the belief that "like attracts like," and that positive thinking and feeling brings about positive results, outcomes, and manifestations.

Therefore: We can deliberately create a new reality for ourselves by changing our beliefs and thought patterns. As stated above, the brain does not know the difference between what is reality and what you envision; therefore, your positive thoughts-if you experience them throughout your entire conscious and subconscious mind-help to manifest reality.

This is LOA in a nut-shell.

YOU have the ability to transform the reality of YOUR life simply by changing YOUR perceptions and thoughts.

Here are a few affirmations to get you started:

In every moment I recreate my life; life around me changes according to my perception.

My positive thoughts help to transform my reality.

I consciously choose to be in the present while at the same time opening myself up to the expansive possibilities of the future.

Life is abundant, joyful, and full of possibility.
